Kassi wanted a custom beanie her clients would actually want to wear—not just another piece of salon merchandise. Starting with her existing logo and vision, I created an embroidered collection inspired by retro palettes, ’90s nostalgia, mountain landscapes, and the playful personality of her salon.

Where it began

Kassi already had a logo she loved. The goal wasn’t to replace it—it was to build a product around it.

The Challenge

Kassi wanted merchandise that felt fun enough for clients to actually buy and wear. The challenge was expanding her existing identity without redesigning what already worked.

Exploring the direction

Bright colors, playful lettering, mountains, sparkles, and retro sunsets became the visual language for the collection.
